We do our best to provide a wide selection of quality products that meet and hopefully exceed your expectations of their value. More importantly, we want those in your care to benefit and thrive as a result of your purchases with us. We want you to shop with confidence in this regard and be assured of their suitability for your specific individual needs.
Whether products are damaged or defective, were incorrectly ordered, do not fit correctly, are rejected by a finicky eater or otherwise do not meet expectations bring them back to the store and we will make it right.
Terms and Conditions
Within 30 days of purchase, any unopened or unused products are eligible for full refund. Please retain the original packaging where possible. Damaged, defective or otherwise unsuitable or partially consumed products will be exchanged with an appropriate replacement if available. A refund or store credit will be issued should a suitable replacement not be found. After 30 days, please contact us to discuss the options.
If in store, please accept and retain a copy of the receipt offered at the time of purchase or ensure that you are registered in our system with your contact details.
From time to time we do reserve the right to limit returns for special clearance, discontinued or liquidation final sale items already offered at a substantial cost savings. This will of course be made clear at the time of purchase.
